This gose was brewed originally at BRUS in collaboration with Saltverk. an Icelandic salt producer. They produce salt on a completely sustainable basis, and supplying the best restaurants all over the world. They only use geothermal power.

For this beer, we brewed a stronger gose than normal, in order to highlight the other flavors in the beer. We then used Arctic Thyme Salt, fresh arctic thyme, (supplied by Saltverk) along with several kilos of hand-peeled lemon skins, prepared by the chefs at Brus' kitchen.
