Moving on up the scale we release our first DIPA. Say A Little Prayer is our Winter 22 special release to warm your bones. We have brewed this with our house ale yeast blended with a Belgian Wit strain for a hint of Belgian goodness in the aroma and flavour. We maxed out the whirlpool with Amarillo and El Dorado Cryo hops and lots of Sweet Orange Peel and Coriander Seeds. It’s a big, saturated orange bomb. Mandarin, clementine, and lime candy leads the aroma charge with a subtle hint of peppery Belgian phenolic rounding everything out. The mouthfeel is pillowy soft and full-bodied with juicy saturated orange, grapefruit, and sweet lime coating your mouth leaving you wanting more.

Mark has home-brewed for years as a hobby and has always dreamed of opening a brewery to satisfy his desire for hoppy beer. Now is the time. For now we are going to create beer with friends and collaborators in breweries around Ireland and beyond.
