Fugu is a refreshing, ultra-light-bodied beer brewed with Finest Lager malts and rice flakes. We added Wakatu hops in the whirlpool to provide pleasant citrus notes: lime, tangerine peel, and kumquat. It is dry and with a slightly bitter finish. The perfect complement to pair with sushi or drink by itself.
